Insight Global is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Retention Specialist to join one of our clients dynamic teams. As a Customer Retention Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty by implementing strategies to retain existing clients. Your primary focus will be on understanding customer needs, addressing concerns, and fostering strong relationships to encourage repeat business.

Required Skills & Experience

* 2+ years prior Customer Service Experience
* 2+ years prior Sales or Customer Retention Experience
* Prior exposure and confidence in working with upper level management on a regular basis
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to empathize with customers and resolve issues effectively.
* Over-achiever success in customer obsession, learning fast, problem solving, and collaboration/teamwork
* Strong familiarity with online shopping and research
* Ability to successfully complete pre-employment assessment and criminal background check
* Excellent computer skills; strong familiarity with Microsoft Office, email, chat, and the Internet
* High School Diploma or equivalent

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- College degree
* 3+ years' experience as a customer service professional (Face to face interaction and/or call center experience preferred)
