Cyber Security Engineer

LinTech Global Inc. is recruiting for a Cyber Security Engineer to support our contract at PEO STRI in Orlando, Florida.

Position Overview

Responsible for creating organizational security strategies and protocols. Common duties include researching new security software, addressing technical problems and planning computer system upgrades. Additional responsibilities may include predicting future attacks and planning defenses against them.

Duties

The Contractor shall work directly with Government COMSEC custodians to provide operational IT and COMSEC support by:
a. Keying crypto equipment.
b. Maintaining SVTCs.
c. Maintaining SVoIP phones.
d. Support tenant COMSEC requirements.
e. Support and troubleshooting COMSEC connectivity issues.
f. Maintaining COMSEC materials and files as directed.
g. Performing COMSEC audits and inventories as required.
h. Maintaining working relationship with the supporting COMSEC account via monthly reporting.
i. Issuing COMSEC equipment to sub-programs as required.
j. Maintaining working relationship with all sub-program custodians via monthly reporting.
k. Maintaining files and records of all equipment and key issued to sub-programs.
l. Conducting local training and providing support for all custodians within the Local Element.
m. Performing spot checks and self-assessments as required by supporting COMSEC account's policy.
n. Maintaining local custody documents of all issued equipment.
o. Completing COMSEC training as required by the supporting COMSEC account.
p. Promptly reporting all incidents and PDS as directed by the supporting COMSEC account's policy.
q. Adhering to all policy and procedures of the supporting COMSEC account.
r. Completing all COMSEC related tasks as directed by the government lead.

Job Requirements:
• Educational requirements include a bachelor's degree in a related discipline from an accredited college or university or the equivalent experience in identity management.
• Experience requirements include five years of related experience.
• Experience with Microsoft 0365, Microsoft Project and GitLab.
• Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skill
• Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure.
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environments.

Desired Qualifications:
• Desired experience includes ACAS, McAfee Antivirus, Mac OSX, JAMF, Risk Management Framework (RMF), Microsoft Office 365, Public/Private Cybersecurity Policies and Regulations, secure application development/sustainment, and OWASP.
Required Qualifications:
• An IAT II Certification is Required to Start
• A Secret Clearance is Required to Start.
