Kearney & Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cybersecurity Solutions Architect to lead and execute cutting-edge cybersecurity initiatives. The ideal candidate will have over a decade of experience in penetration testing, incident response, security operations, and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) activities. With a proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar projects, directing cross-functional teams, and successfully leading cybersecurity programs for federal agencies, this role requires a dynamic leader who can drive results and innovation. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and execution of comprehensive cybersecurity strategies for federal agencies, including Cabinet-level departments, the Department of Defense, and the Intelligence Community. Design, sell, and manage multi-million-dollar government contracts, ensuring the successful delivery of cybersecurity solutions that meet client needs. Conduct technical pre-sales engagements, significantly increasing conversion rates by demonstrating the value of cybersecurity services. Perform in-depth security assessments, uncovering critical vulnerabilities and providing clients with actionable remediation plans to enhance their security posture. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute key account development plans, ensuring long-term client relationships and satisfaction. Stay abreast of the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies, applying this knowledge to continuously improve the company's offerings and services. Qualifications 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on penetration testing, incident response, security operations, and GRC. Proven experience in managing large-scale, multi-million-dollar projects and leading cross-functional teams. Strong knowledge of federal cybersecurity requirements and experience working with government agencies. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ability to obtain and maintan a secret security clearance and or agency suitability. Preferred Experience: Experience with federal contracting and a deep understanding of the unique cybersecurity challenges faced by government agencies. Previous experience in a pre-sales technical role, with a strong track record of closing deals and driving business growth. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or similar are highly desirable. This range is representative of base pay only and does not include straight time pay for hours worked over 40 per week, company contributions towards paid benefits, and/or bonuses. Actual compensation (meeting or exceeding the range) will be determined based on specific experience, education, work location, clearance level, and other factors permitted by law. This position is eligible for bonuses (when applicable).
