• Work with a variety of tools (ex: Python, Matlab, Excel, etc.) to access data, write queries, develop programming logic, create dashboards, manipulate, and analyze large datasets to meet the needs of the Nezami Lab.

• Assisting in all image processing and data management tasks for the ongoing research studies. Performs these tasks with a high level of accuracy under the supervision of faculty.

• Developing AI tools to aid with digital twin generation and the analysis of data.

• Assists in writing the processing computer programs necessary to serve the engineering research projects.

• Contributes data and programming expertise at meetings.

• Assists in the design and implementation of interim and final data cleaning and documentation for the current and future projects.

• Assists with all other tasks as required or assigned.

Qualifications

• BS/BA or equivalent required with education/training in data programming, machine learning and/or statistic

• Master's Degree in Computer Science or Biomedical/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering preferred.
