Primary Job Functions:
Perform daily duties and Maintain the Access Database, including invoice and cash applications
Work with Respite Billers to resolve issues with Access Spreadsheets and Billing
Run weekly reports
Participate in discussions with team to implement new Regional Center requirements and analyze the impact on payroll, billing and revenue
Meet weekly deadlines
Participate in future projects relating to the EOR Support Services Department

Required Skills:
Advanced MS Excel Skills
Computer skills and ability to learn specialized software
Above average ability to gather data and perform analysis
Excellent problem-solving skills
Highly organized with attention to detail
Excellent research and time management skills
Work with a variety of data sources – extract information from massive data sets

Desired Skills:
MS Access Database knowledge
Prior AR and AP knowledge

Education:
College Degree, a plus but not required
1-2 years of experience in field or related area
