Insight Global is seeking a strong Data Analyst for one of our large Insurance clients. This role will be partnering with multiple lines of business and much have an insurance background.
Pay Range: 45-65/hr

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
Proven experience in a data specialist role within the insurance industry.
Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and ETL processes.
Experience with Databricks is a plus.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Knowledge of insurance industry data and metrics.
Experience with cloud-based data platforms.
Familiarity with machine learning techniques and tools.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
