As a data analyst mid or senior on the Customer Experience Expansion team, you’ll support efforts to give customers more choice by growing Progressive’s multi-carrier acquisition and servicing model. In this role, you’ll partner with process consultants, data scientists, and technology developers to identify, quantify, and A/B test innovative opportunities to improve our multi-carrier servicing experience. You’ll also create and refine key performance indicators for processes and systems to ensure progress against business and quality outcomes.

This is a remote position with occasional travel to an office for a meeting and/or training.

Must-have qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of one year of analytical work experience
  • Instead of a quantitative degree, a bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of three years of analytical work experience
  • Instead of a degree, a minimum of four years of analytical work experience
  • This position requires online pre-employment testing for external candidates

Preferred skills
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, experience in data manipulation tools such as SAS, Snowflake, and R, and proficiency in reporting tools such as Tableau and Power BI
  • Proven ability to use advanced analytics to find meaning in data and generate insights that support decision-making
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work well in a cross-functional, collaborative environment
  • Strong data management skills, with the ability to consolidate data from large, disparate data sources
  • Experience with A/B testing frameworks and the ability to think through test implementation, measurement, and monitoring/analysis

Compensation
  • $63,800-$102,800/year
  • Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
