Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience in data strategy, data analysis, sales reporting, or project management.
  • Experience with SQL, Data Governance, and Tableau.
  • Experience in business strategy, process improvement or operations consulting, or similar.


Preferred qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience analyzing data and generating business insights in order to guide business decisions.
  • Experience driving large-scale change initiatives within Sales organizations.
  • Experience in identifying opportunities for business/product improvement, defining/measuring the success of those initiatives, and effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in enterprise architecture, systems design, and architecting/explaining data systems requirements to engineering teams.
  • Excellent program/process management skills.


About the job

As the Data Analytics and Reporting Manager within the Devices and Services Commercial Organization, you will work with cross-functional teams to deliver helpful solutions that enable the devices and services commercial business. In this role, you will assess opportunities, process, tools, and infrastructure within each of the regions, and work to drive improvements, enhancements, and ongoing development. You will align business requirements with data capabilities, and manage implementation plans across people, process, systems, and tools. Additionally, you will maintain a broad perspective by defining goals for our data and partnering internally to design and deliver innovative solutions for our Google teams.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $129,000-$191,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Partner with cross-functional teams across the business to develop the reporting regional roadmap, prioritize and asses business needs, and deliver data reporting and analytics solutions to end-users.
  • Design intake and development prioritization processes to efficiently synthesize, troubleshoot, and address user pain points, also ensuring visibility to the prioritization across the organization.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to identify and implement the necessary data tools and technologies, while also using and/or enhancing existing capabilities.
  • Advocate data quality and ensure data integrity throughout the entire lifecycle.
  • Drive change management and training initiatives to ensure high adoption rate within the organization. Assess utilization, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and productivity to measure success.
