We are seeking a Senior leader for our Data and Analytics team who is passionate about building technical solutions that support the SnS business across 14 marketplaces WW.

In this role, the Senior leader will be responsible for owning the Data and Analytics team which includes several BIE that will report directly to this leader. This role will also indirectly manage our Data Engineering (DE) resources dedicated to SnS but on the Central DE team as they build out our reporting

infrastructure. This role and team are critical to the overall success of the SnS business as the tools, reporting, and custom analyses support the broader team as they continue to innovate on features for customers and selling partners. This leader will work across the broader SnS and Product Replenishment team including the leaders for Customer Experience, Selling Partner Experience, Operations/Supply Chain, and Promotions. The leader will own the long-term data architecture plan for the organization, the prioritization process, building out a suite of self-service tools the product and engineering teams can leverage and the development of a rock star team.

This role is a great fit for a candidate who can both think long-term and dive into the details. Successful candidates will have a track record of delivering technology products through strong product management and analytical skills, in addition to the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Knowledge of SQL and Excel

- Knowledge of data engineering pipelines, cloud solutions, ETL management, databases, visualizations and analytical platforms

- Experience managing analytics, data science or technology teams, with a product or insight focus

- Experience hiring and leading high performance team

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience managing a data or BI team

- 3+ years of expertise designing complex data architecture and platforms

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $153,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $265,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
