Title: Data Architect/Lead Developer
Location: Plano, TX
Duration: 12+ months (Hybrid 3 days)
Tasks:

• Manage multiple project ETL implementations for claims products.
• Collaborate with business and technology partners to deliver solutions.
• Design conceptual, logical, and physical data models to support analytic data requirements.
• Build high-performance ETL Data Frameworks with error handling and scalability.
• Improve and streamline processes regarding data flow and data quality.
• Create documentation for all activities and collaborate with project solution teams in design and code development.
• Balance the need to deliver multiple concurrent projects while maintaining architectural standards.
• Analyze complex data, connect dots, and deliver projects concurrently.
• Drive diverse groups towards common goals and articulate problems and solutions clearly.

Requirements:

• Proven, hands-on experience in API testing using SoapUI, SOA Test, or equivalent (5-7 years).
• Experience as a Lead technical data developer and architect in Data Warehousing environments (7+ years).
• Advanced Oracle PL/SQL experience (12+ years) with performance tuning and optimization skills.
• Strong experience in Agile/Scrum delivery models.
• Unix scripting experience.
• Strong Excel data analysis skills with pivots and graphs.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage multiple business analysts and developers/dev leads.
• Ability to research and resolve issues independently.
• Willingness to self-learn and communicate effectively both verbally and in written/presentation formats.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Primary Skill: API testing using SoapUI, SOA Test, or equivalent (5-7 years).
• Secondary Skill: Lead technical data developer and architect in Data Warehousing environments (7+ years).
• Advanced Oracle PL/SQL experience (12+ years).
• Strong ETL Data Framework building experience with error handling and scalability.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to drive groups towards common goals.
• Ability to balance multiple concurrent projects while maintaining architectural standards.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery models.
