HOW WILL YOU MAKE CHANGE HAPPEN?

As a member of the Design team, you'll help clients to solve some of their most challenging problems, providing them with practical ways to impact their business tangibly and sustainably. Our leads look at organizations holistically to truly understand what is driving inefficiencies, from over complex processes, ineffective ways of working or lack of end-to-end visibility of their services. We get to the bottom of how a client can do more with what they have.

YOU WILL:

• Design with a capability Expert Practitioner the 'to be' state and producing supporting materials
• Supporting and leading engagements
• Mapping skills/job roles and families across Data Professions.
• Lead delivery of a capability workstream - driving activities and focusing on engagement

IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:

• Experience in Business Design or Model Design
• Experience in Workforce Planning
• Capability Framework and design
• Consulting Experience
• Ability to come to Boston MA once a quarter for meetings
