IT Infrastructure Monitoring Specialist :

- Monitor IT Data Center infrastructure components ( Servers/Network/Applications/etc ) and manage alerts using various tools.
- This role is crucial in maintaining the health of IT environment and providing 24/7 operations .
- Analyze alerts to determine appropriate processes and actions
- Utilize monitoring tools to assess the health of the environment
- Proactively reach out to teams to offer assistance, both for minor and major issues
- Document and maintain the incident management process
- Take detailed notes and keep records of outages

- Dynatrace, ServiceNow, BigPanda
