Insight Global is looking for a Senior Data Center Engineer. You will be responsible for ensuring the stability and integrity of wired and wireless network services. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining local area networks (LANs) and wide area networks (WANs) across the organization as well as the cloud. Your job will include but not be limited to installation, monitoring, maintenance, support, and optimization of all network hardware, software, and communication links. Both analyzing and resolving network hardware and software problems in a timely and accurate fashion is a key to success in this role. You will be responsible for managing network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and wireless hardware/software.

Required Skills & Experience
10+ years overall IT experience
5+ specific to IT Infrastructure
Emphasis in designing, deploying, configuring and overall supporting Data Center environments/technologies
200+ devices that support critical 24/7 healthcare client
Experience with the following technologies:
VXLAN -- Network Virtualization
Cloud computing deployment
Cisco NX-OS -- Network Operating System
OS used to support Nexus switches and MDS SAN
Experience with Routers and Switches
Both OSPF and BGP -- internal and external gateway protocol
Experience with the following:
Monitoring network availability, performance, and capacity planning
Conducting research on network products, services, protocols, and standards in support of network procurement and development efforts
Preparing network diagrams and related documentation
Interact and negotiate with vendors and contractors to secure network services
Compare the defined standards for network configurations against active deployments and identifying changes that are required.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Enterprise Environment Experience (worked for a company of 5k+ employees)
F5 Experience
