An employer is looking for a Data Center Technician in the Aurora, CO, area. They will be working in a large data center facility and with a small team to perform customer service operations and maintenance of the data center network facilities. They will be responsible for weekly checks on the systems, responding to customer service tickets, and running monthly and quarterly tests. The candidate will be working with generators, UPS, HVAC, fire detection devices, and security systems. They will also be doing basic cabling; circuit installation; data center installation of cages, cabinets, ladder racks, fiber trays, customer maintenance issues, and facility maintenance.

Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of experience within a telecom or data center technician role
- Basic understanding of networking concepts and IT
- Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges
- Excellent customer service skills and desire to be client facing
- Must be able to work the following shift:
Week 1: Sun 6pm-6am, Tues10pm-6am, Wed 8pm-6am, Thurs 8pm-6am. (Weekend Off)
Week 2: Mon 6pm-6am, Tues 6pm-10pm, Fri 6pm-6am, Sat 6pm-6am
