Under the general direction of the Administrator II in the Policy & Division Support, you are primarily responsible for providing first-line leadership, training, supervision, and guidance to a team comprised of Compliance Representatives, and a Principal Compliance Representative (Lead). Incumbent is responsible for planning and directing the varied workloads assigned to the team either directly or through subordinate lead. The incumbent is responsible for developing and monitoring the work-plan for the group. As the manager of the group, the incumbent is responsible for reviewing, evaluating, and recommending changes as needed in this dynamic workload.

Working Conditions

This position is eligible for remote-working within California based on departmental guidelines and operational need. FTB has a minimum in-office requirement of two days per week for all positions including those that are eligible for telework.
