They will provide expertise to their developers to ensure best practices and high-quality coding standards are followed.

The Technical Lead will also work closely with other Technical Leads to share findings and identify opportunities to identify synergies between development groups.

Principle Responsibilities:

Translate technical design documents from architects into technical stories for developers

Collaborate with operations to continuously improve deployment standards for production code

Provide expertise in the development of estimates for Epics and User Stories for planning and execution during project development

Enrich, define, and enforce governance standards
