Insight Global's Pharmaceutical client is seeking a Data Engineer to help build solutions for their Supply Chain Analytics Division. The DE will be responsible for helping develop this Supply Chain Data Lake and Data Ingestion Pipelines using Snowflake/Airflow/Python/AWS from various store systems including SAP and other cloud based systems. This resource will be foundational in making sure the platform is able to build analytics on top of a clean, reliable Data Lake. The Data Engineer must have technical skills in Snowflake and related cloud DE tools, and ideally have data domain knowledge in Supply Chain, manufacturing, manufacturing quality systems, warehousing, etc.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years' as a Data Engineer

Technical knowledge of Snowflake, Airflow, AWS, Python.

Experience developing reusable data products ideally for supply chain analytics

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Machine learning, text analysis, NLP & Web development experience is a plus

Knowledge of Graph Databases (Neo4j, Titan, etc.) and query syntax is a plus

Working knowledge of Biotech / Pharma experience is a plus
