This position will work directly with the leaders of Facilities Maintenance, Projects; Grounds and Environmental Services to ensure the timely requisitioning and invoicing of materials and services which support the daily operations. Additionally, regular communication between vendors and GFH staff will be required to follow-up on deliveries and payments to ensure that the supply chain continues unincumbered. This potion also requires filing and retrieving data as needed to calculate or verify projects and repairs. The Data Entry position hours are 8:30am -4:30pm (75 hrs. bi-weekly) Monday through Friday.

Salary Range
The expected base rate for this Glens Falls, New York, United States-based position is $17.25 to $25.89 per hour. Exact rate is determined on a case-by-case basis commensurate with experience level, as well as education and certifications pertaining to each position which may be above the listed job requirements.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Previous office, computer experience - 2 years, (6 years Preferred)
