We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join one of our largest oil and gas company partners in the Pittsburgh area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for accurately entering and verifying invoice and purchase data. Your attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records will contribute to the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Required Skills & Experience

* Attention to Detail: A keen eye for accuracy and precision is essential.

* Data Entry Skills: Proficiency in data entry, including fast and accurate typing.

* Familiarity with Oil & Gas Industry: Prior experience in the oil and gas sector is preferred.

* Software Proficiency: Comfortable using data entry software and tools (e.g., Excel, PowerBI, etc.)

* Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

* Communication: Clear communication skills to collaborate with team members and vendors.

* Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies in data.

* Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Advanced Excel skills
