Data Infrastructure Specialist, Global Partnerships & Content Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, insights and engineering partners to understand and decompose business requirements into data models and technical solutions


• Directly contribute to the development of our data warehouse/data-mart through data management, data architecture, and data governance best practices and thought leadership


• Define and manage SLAs for data sets


• Design and develop complex data models to support multiple use cases across different products or domains


• Design and optimize pipelines, dashboards, frameworks, and systems based across different business units (e.g., data quality, metadata management)


• Work collaboratively in a relationship-oriented, matrixed, fluid, growing and complex environment and effectively manage stakeholder relationships and influence engineering teams

Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in hands-on technical analytics role gathering and decomposing requirements into a technical solution for insights and analysis as a primary job function


• 3+ years experience following the data development lifecycle to develop scalable data infrastructure and analytics tools


• 3+ years experience in custom ETL/ELT design, implementation, and maintenance as a primary job function


• Experience with SQL for development (Oracle, Hive, MySQL, Spark, etc.)


• Experience with building dimensional models/data modeling


• Experience leading projects with cross-functional stakeholders in a highly matrixed organization


• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and working autonomously in a fast-paced ambiguous environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data integrations and ingestion (e.g., SFTP, APIs, etc)


• Experience with Experience developing data pipelines using scripting, dbt, Airflow, or similar tools


• Experience managing and optimizing big data pipelines


• Experience using data visualization and business intelligence tools


• Experience with media, music, or entertainment industry

$104,000/year to $146,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
