Data Reporting Specialist

System One is seeking a motivated Data Reporting Specialist for a long-term contract position working in Denver, CO.

In this role, you will assist in managing data analysis and reporting for our commercial and industrial contractor base. You will collaborate with various internal teams to provide actionable insights, support reporting requests, and help visualize data for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Pull and organize data from various company platforms for analysis and reporting.
• Manage intake forms for reporting requests, ensuring clear communication with internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with team members to gather and analyze data to fulfill reporting requests.
• Create and maintain comprehensive reports, visualizing data for senior leadership.
• Adapt and refine reports based on feedback from leadership and evolving business needs.
• Support the contractor base by providing relevant data insights and analysis.

Qualifications/Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, charts, and graphs.
• Experience with Salesforce, particularly in dashboard creation and reporting.
• Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Willingness to ask questions and support team members in a highly collaborative environment

Work Location: Denver, CO 80202
Contract Duration: 12-months
Schedule: M-F, 8 AM - 5 PM, Hybrid schedule in office T-Th
Pay Rate: $32.25 / Hr
