Job Description:

• Gathers functional and technical requirements for Data Governance projects.
• Creates and maintain process flows, policies, and procedures.
• Performs data analysis, data profiling, and data quality assessments.
• Identify and document data retention, data privacy, data security, and data access requirements.
• Identify and document Critical Data Elements (CDE) for Golden Records
• Define Match and Merge and Trust rules for Master Data Management
• Apply standardization and normalization policies across enterprise data assets.
• Triage and investigate user inquiries for dataset availability.
• Query and analyze data to identify business insights.
• Define approaches to improve data quality, such as data validation, cleansing, and profiling.
• Ensuring data privacy and security by implementing measures and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations
• Defining KPI/Metrics and indicators
• Ensuring adoption of required policies and standards across the enterprise
• Ensuring issues raised by business and functional data governance leaders are resolved

Must have 1-2 years' experience in working as Data Analyst or Business Analyst in implementing Data Governance projects.

Nice to Have Skills:
• Informatica Axon or Collibra

• Cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP)

Required Skills:

• 7-10 years of experience in Structured Query Language (SQL)
• 7-10 years of experience in Data Governance
• 7-10 years of experience in Oral Communications
• 2 years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM)
• 7-10 years of experience in Metadata Management
