Job Description
Minimum Qualifications
1. A Baccalaureate Degree in relevant field from an accredited college or university; and,
2. One year of experience in a business, government, hospital, educational institution or non-profit organization in analysis, development and implementation of systems, methods and procedures, management information development and data coordination. Familiarity with EDP applications and data processing programs; or,
3. A Masters Degree in Management, Business Administration, Hospital Administration Management, Public Administration, Accounting or relevant field from an accredited college or university; or,
4. A satisfactory combination of education, training and experience.

Job Description
- Analyze, audit and modify data to assure data quality
- Run data queries to identify data exceptions, as well as cleaning data
- Validate deduction amounts and/or arrears for the health carriers
- Review and compare Benefits Recons
- Document processes and maintain data records
- Assisting in testing for Open Enrollment on a yearly basis (Multiple Testing Phases, Monitoring issues, Creating incidents, Overviewing Specs and PeopleSoft Communications)
- Adhering to best practices in data analysis and collection
- Create and maintain Service Now tickets to ensure efficient handling and prompt response
- Identify, prioritize, and escalate issues as needed
- Participate in trainings to stay updated on applicable software, policies and procedures
- Oral and written communications will be incorporated to address health carriers benefit issues/ questions
- Act as the liaison on behalf of the employees with external agencies such as and health carriers
- Respond to employee inquiries related to benefit issues/ questions.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor
