We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Validation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of documents and data through various validation processes. You will be trained initially in transmitter testing and quality assurance, and will play a key role in implementing the most current documents for the tax year/season.

This person will be training in transmitter testing and quality assurance, ensuring the latest documents are implemented, verifying paperwork and calculations, maintaining data entry records, and contacting tax repairs. You also conduct document validation in three phases, manage forms and fee calculations, and use tools like Adobe, and Word.

Required Skills & Experience

2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in Adobe
Proficiency in Word
Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, outgoing personality, and a go-getter attitude.
Detail-Oriented: Ability to keep up with the team, be detail-oriented, and not afraid to ask questions.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience with Litera is a plus, but training will be provided.

Training Period: 2-3 weeks of training will be provided.
