One of Insight Global's healthcare clients is looking to onboard a Database Administrator to their team. This individual will be responsible for administering and optimizing SQL Server databases, including high availability setups and performance tuning. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with SQL Server administration and development experience, as well as excellent Snowflake experience. This is a direct hire role and will be onsite in Irvine, CA. This position is expected to pay between $135k-145k/yr.

Required Skills & Experience

6+ years of SQL Server administration and development experience
2+ years of Snowflake administration and development experience
3+ years of AWS technologies experience
Certifications in SQL Server, AWS (Associate/Professional), and preferably Snowflake
Knowledge of Azure (preferred)
Strong understanding of networking, storage, and security concepts
In-depth knowledge of database security best practices and compliance requirements
Exceptional troubleshooting and analytical skills
Adaptability and willingness to learn in a challenging environment
