Job Description

Participates in the design, deployment and support of servers and related systems in assigned technology specialty. Collaborates with senior engineering, systems architecture, network/data center operations, project management and service desk staff to provide delivery, management and operational support of assigned systems within established timelines.

Job Responsibility

• Participates in the design, deployment, maintenance, and monitoring of the infrastructure environment in assigned technology specialty and works within established project timelines.
• Installs, configures, and supports hardware and software required to operate assigned technologies.
• Troubleshoots and resolves issues in assigned technology including hardware, software, operating system, and application-related issues while maintaining enterprise service levels.
• Develops and maintains documentation related to technology installation, administration and maintenance and disaster recovery planning.
• Performs availability/ capacity/ performance analysis as assigned.
• Participates in change management and performance improvement programs for assigned technologies, as needed.
• Operates under general guidance and work assignments are varied and require interpretation and independent decisions on course of action.

Job Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience, required.

The salary range for this position is $75,020-$126,250/year
