Job Description :

Regular and predictable attendance is required.

Performs routine production assembly operations on structural and mechanical assemblies, subassemblies and aircraft systems, equipment and accessories using manual operations. Prepares aircraft parts for painting.

Makes necessary patterns, performs layout and applies prescribed primers, paints and finishes.

Performs machine set-up, machining and fabricating of sheet metal and extrusion.

Assembles precision mechanical and electro-mechanical components.

Assembles and installs wire harnesses and avionics products. Prepares test articles, fixtures and data collection devices to perform various tests.

Performs composite lay-up, fabrication and assembly tasks. Works on articles of moderate complexity using established drawings and requirements.

Required Skill Set :
• Experience with hand tools preferred
• Familiar with blueprint interpretation
• Assembly experience preferred
• Composite material experience (fabrication and assembly) preferred

Education Qualification :
Education/experience typically acquired through basic education (e.g. high school diploma/GED).
