Job description:
The idela candidate will lead or work on customer engagement in the assessment, implementation, customization, and support of the SAP Finance and Extended Treasury Capabilities. This role requires deep consulting skills, leadership, business acumen, strong Process and accounting knowledge and able to translate them to SAP related solutions, so requires expertise to drive a successful implementation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Partner with the Capgemini Account Sales team to drive new SAP Finance services.
• Provide technical support on pre-sales calls, solution presentations, and assist the Account Executive(s) with managing the deal cycle.
• Translate customer business objectives and requirements into SAP Finance based solutions and assist with level-of-effort estimates to implement such solutions.
• Drive and/or Provide inputs for RFI and RFP responses, including solution design, effort estimates, staffing plans, timelines, implementation methodology and financials.
• Deep product expertise/business experience in SAP Central Finance and S/4HANA with specific focus on SAP Finance/Controlling/Accounting and Treasury and Risk management; strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance and TRM with hands on experience as needed.
• Knowledge of upcoming and latest updates and insights in SAP FICO and TRM with SAP S/4HANA
• Ability to conduct complex and interactive solutioning workshops, driving client E2E design to solution, e.g. white boarding, t-accounts...
• Utilize technical and Cross-industry knowledge to identify complex client issues and build long-term business relationships with key executives through engagement delivery, e.g CFO, Controller, Treasurer key got to person and Advisor.

Required Skills:

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP S/4HANA Finance a must.
• Functional/technical proficiency in SAP applications related work and solid industry and/or consulting experience
• Strong hands-on experience in and knowledge of Architecture, design, configuration and testing of core Financial Accounting (FI), Managerial Accounting (CO), Investments and debt management and hedging and exposure (minimum)
• Strong experience in and knowledge of key integration points with SAP FICO and other SAP modules, including COPA, ML, New GL, SD, MM, PP, PM, PS and T&E, TRM.
• SAP Group Reporting, and TPI experience a plus
• Proven experience in Designing configuring, testing, and supporting SAP Finance and extended Treasury solutions.
• Must have an accounting and finance background.
• Excellent presentation skills
• Articulate with impeccable verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong & discerning listener.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills; strong leadership skills.
• Out of the box thinking is a must.
• Minimum 20 years Professional experience with 20 years SAP specific experience
• SAP certifications preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree
