The Delivery Assurance (DA) Manager oversees and coordinates the operational aspects of ongoing projects/programs and serves as liaison between project management and operations, planning, line management. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet production throughput, productivity, quality and customer satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for managing and monitoring operational project progress from kitting through shipment and for interventions and problem solving with planning as well as project and functional managers. DA Managers work collaboratively across all departments of the organization and focus on the entire process from beginning to end, introducing innovation into the process that can impact results, enhance profitability and assist the organization to meet its business objectives and goals. A DA Manager should also possess the following:
  • Ability to identify and create operational solutions that accomplish specific business objectives
  • Passionate drive for results. Consistently pursuing continued ways to accomplish goals and objects requires someone with exceptional determination, self-motivation and interpersonal skills
  • Clear understanding of the products and the operational processes they go through. They have the ability to generate and capture opportunities to break functional, operational, & logistical barriers faced with getting products out the door
  • Ability to oversee the operational performance from start to finish and are expected to bring innovation into the driving positively impactful results to achieve its program and business goals and objectives


Primary Responsibilities:
  • Apply knowledge acquired from Propulsion manufacturing and operations process to drive product from kitting through delivery and revenue recognition
  • Liaise with PM to plan, facilitate, and execute operational strategies for product delivery for assigned product line and customer requirements
  • Establish, direct, and coordinate production activities for a specific product, product line, or value stream
  • Develop and/or modify operations plans and develops and implements solutions with Functional organizations to reveal and remove barriers toward business goals specific to the organization
  • Preplan monthly, quarterly, & yearly operational roadmaps to support associated business goals and objectives
  • Oversee and coordinate the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serve as liaison between PM, planning, and functional management
  • Assess project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality and stakeholder satisfaction


Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree and 7 years of relevant experience OR
  • Advance degree and 5 years of relevant experience OR
  • In absence of a degree, 11 years of relevant experience is required
  • Must be a U.S. Person/Permanent Resident Green Card holder

  • Ability to drive product operations to achieve for business results
  • Strong communication skills
  • Passion for results and ability to build relations with various stakeholders while achieving said results
  • Ability to develop and entrench change techniques in an organization
  • Ability to make timely decisions efficiently and effective
  • Ability to benchmark and analyze various business processes
  • Responsible for managing multiple projects and interact with several departments and various levels of management simultaneously
  • Works to establish and gain consensus on project goals, objectives, timelines and deliverables
  • Utilizes project management approach and process improvement discipline to manage projects according to plan, including identifying and mitigating project risks
  • Communicates project status to various levels of management, project teams, and sponsors
  • Manages/assists with process improvement projects, prioritizes project work, and supports the needs of ACE operating system
