Insight Global is looking for a Delivery Specialist to sit on site at the client's HQ in San Antonio, TX. Candidate will be responsible for maintaining open tickets assigned to them in a report, troubleshooting to fix and track delivery transactions, and making sure all data within the internal client system is updated. This client is a food and beverage customer, and this candidate will be supporting and tracking the delivery from the DoorDash app and the end customer. Essentially, the contact center will be the first line of defense in receiving the tickets, and the delivery team will get some escalations for them to resolve. This is a contract only through mid 2025.

Required Skills & Experience
- 1-2 years of experience working with some sort of ticketing system
- Basic IT knowledge and infrastructure background
- Great customer services skills for over the phone troubleshooting support
