Description of Duties:

The Deputy STIM of Support EWS supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract. The candidate will:
• Be a senior SME with a proven understanding of customer requirements and knowledge of what skills and resources will be needed to meet those requirements.
• Ensure accurate reporting of all task orders (TOs) performance, cost, schedule, and mission success.
• Provide oversight to Office support team to ensure smooth functioning of process engineering, security management, technical editing, and metrics management
• Provide oversight to task order liaisons for tenant customers.
• Address complex challenges and ensure best integration across the program as possible.
• Drive organizational change to better support customer requirements.

Basic Requirements:

Must have one of the following combinations of education and experience: HS Diploma (or GED) and 14 years of general experience; Associate's degree and 12 years of general experience; Bachelor's degree and 10 years of general experience; Master's degree and 8 years of general experience
• Must have 8 years of directly related experience.
• Must have 3 years of management or leadership experience.
• Must have experience working on contracts at the Missile Defense Agency.
• Must have prior Digital Engineering and/or Engineering Web Services Experience.
• Must have 2 years of experience working within Missile Defense Agency.
• Must have an active DoD Secret Clearance.

Desired Requirements:
• Have a Master's degree.
• Have a working knowledge of and experience with contracts, proposals, and Earned Value Management.

This position is expected to pay $146,300 - $171,300 annually; depending on experience, education, and any certifications that are directly related to the position.
