**Job Summary:**

You will be responsible for leading the development and documentation of electronic and electrical system requirements on intricate multi-tiered projects. Your role will involve analyzing and translating complex requirements into system architecture, hardware, and software designs, as well as interface specifications. Additionally, you will lead testing and validation activities to ensure operational and functional requirements are met. Collaboration with team members to devise program test strategies, managing supplier performance, conducting independent reviews, providing support for fielded hardware and software, researching technology advancements, making technology investment recommendations, and serving as an expert in process development are key aspects of this role.

**Responsibilities:**

- Develop and document electronic and electrical system requirements

- Analyze complex requirements to create system architecture, hardware, and software designs

- Lead testing and validation efforts on complex system designs

- Collaborate with team members to develop program test strategies

- Manage critical suppliers to ensure system integration and compliance with requirements

- Conduct program independent reviews and report results to program leadership

- Provide support for fielded hardware and software over the product lifecycle

- Research technology advances for potential application to company business needs

- Make recommendations for technology investments

This is the pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position $100.10/hour -$105.12/hour
