Job Description

AECOM is seeking a Design Intern to be based in New York, NY.

This position is expected to begin Summer 2024.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

• Performs a variety of assignments designed to develop professional work knowledge and abilities, requiring application of standard techniques, procedures and criteria in carrying out tasks.
• Performs entry level work.
• Follows instructions to accomplish task assigned by senior staff.
• Meets required schedules while producing quality work.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• Enrolled or completed Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, or Architecture Technology.
• Must have completed minimum 3 years of study if enrolled in bachelor's degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Pursuing a Master's Degree in Architecture preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Programs.
• Ability to work on multiple, fast-paced projects and documents.
• Ability to follow direction and manage specific tasks to completion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Portfolio submission to demonstrate skill set.

Additional Information

• Relocation is not available for this position.
• Sponsorship is available for this position.

Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications. The expected range is $26.13/hour - $31.94/hour.
