We're seeking a Design Program Manager to drive design operation excellence for our functional team and to ensure our cross-pillar product work is impactful and operating well. As our DPM, you will partner closely with multi functional design leaders across two product pillars: Privacy Areas (regulatory readiness) and Foundations (compliance tools and process design).

Design Program Manager, Product Compliance & Privacy Responsibilities


  • Take the reins to lead and operationalize Design initiatives, such as our northstar vision for internal tools or Project Front Foot, our effort to mitigate prescriptive regulatory feedback.

  • Drive adoption of privacy design standards across the company. This is key to our team's center of excellence model as we exist to support, consult, and design systems that empower the rest of Meta.

  • Build a stronger community by supporting our upskilling and training efforts, streamlining our operations and communications.

  • Oversee and manage our Design and Research OpEx budget of $6 Million annually with support from leaders and contractors.

  • Ensure the most critical information about design standards and requirements is communicated to recipients across the company.

  • Drive and support crit, team sprints, and targeted onsites to aid in building community that is centered around our work as privacy experts.

  • Collaborate effectively across teams and functions and help unlock others' productivity. Partner effectively with leaders on our team and our administrative partners.


Minimum Qualifications


  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a digital producer, project manager, product manager, or program manager with a background establishing programs, supporting design teams, executing creative, and developing lasting relationships.

  • Experience thriving in a fast-paced environment that requires independent time management, task prioritization, flexibility.

  • Keen experience executing independently and bring other people along. Proven communication skills.


Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience working directly with designers and/or creative disciplines.

  • Experience working with product teams from roadmapping through delivery.
