The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a design team-ensuring that all projects meet the utmost quality and deadlines-and play a crucial role in maintaining productive, client-centric interactions within our team.
How you will contribute:
- Overseeing and managing the creative process of digital and print projects, from concept to completion
- Collaborate on advertising campaigns by concepting, project managing, and creating
- Coordinating with internal clients, designers, and other team members to understand requirements and establish design goals
- Supervising the design team, providing feedback, and monitoring the quality of the design output
- Ensuring that project milestones and deadlines are met with ample efficiency and professionalism, involving proactive planning and scheduling to accommodate unexpected challenges or changes in project scope
- Facilitating smooth communication between all stakeholders, promoting transparency and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. Regular updates and discussions are paramount to aligning vision and expectations, thereby ensuring client satisfaction
- Utilizing project management tools and software to effectively organize, track, and manage the progress of the project
- Continuously seeking opportunities to improve processes and streamline workflows through feedback from team members and clients, as well as personal reflection
- Maintain and achieve high-quality creative work, client relations, and team relations and assure that team members achieve the same
- Review the work of the team to ensure a quality product is consistently delivered within established deadlines
- Manage and mentor the design team to ensure consistent brand style through all project designs and communications
- Communicate effectively with firm marketers and other internal clients to understand the objectives of each project and help them achieve their goals through relevant designs
- Exhibit a desire for continuous growth and development. Welcome constructive criticism and coaching
- Work with outside vendors to produce printed materials, distribute them to internal and external clients, and maintain records of order history

- Strong organizational skills, with a proven ability to effectively delegate and monitor complex projects to completion
- Excellent communication abilities to align with marketers and internal clients, providing clear and concise design direction that meets project targets
- Astute management of project load, with the capacity to identify and allocate necessary resources to achieve objectives efficiently
- Inventive problem-solving skills, especially in situations where traditional approaches or guidance may be limited
- A passionate commitment to personal and professional growth, coupled with receptiveness to feedback and coaching from peers and leadership teams
- Proven track record of working with outside vendors, overseeing production processes, and conducting thorough record-keeping
- Exhibit a formal, professional demeanor and have the acumen to manage both people and projects with precision and foresight
- Consistently demonstrate high quality in work & relationships
- Consistently meet established deadlines, ensuring that work is complete & accurate & adequate time has been provided for the review process
- Enthusiastic team player who cultivates a positive work environment
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 5-9 years of related experience
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud, especially InDesign, Photoshop, & Illustrator
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Knowledgeable in digital & off-set printing processes
