Job Location : Monday-Friday Hybrid - 3 days a week at the office - Altamonte Springs, FL

The role you'll contribute:

The Designer/Developer is responsible for conceptual development of design solutions, execution of digital creative deliverables and front-end web development of various types of digital assets. Crucial to the deployment of various digital campaigns across multiple service lines, this role creates the consumer-facing campaigns to attract new patients to the AdventHealth. This position reports to the Designer/Developer Senior Manager and works independently with minimal supervision on projects of moderate complexity and successfully engages in multiple initiatives simultaneously.

The value you'll bring to the team:

• Perform concept and creative digital development for complex campaigns, ensuring client needs and objectives are met within all marketing pieces, delivering concepts and final artwork on time and on budget.

• Design and develop responsive digital assets within PHP platforms; including but not limited to, WordPress, Drupal, HTML5.

• Will design and develop landing pages, microsites, email templates, display banners, video graphics, digital brochures and general web content updates.

• Work directly with Designer/Developer Senior Manager and other creative team members to brainstorm for innovative ideas appropriate for message, audience and budget, directly contributing to project design and development, creating storyboards/initial graphic concepts and conceiving functional design solutions.

• Pitch creative and compelling visuals, mockups and prototypes to staff and effectively articulate how designs support business and project goals.

• Develop a wide range of digital projects, including website and microsite design/development, email marketing templates, social media and banner ads, infographics, video, and interactive media.

• Adhere to and maintain brand standards and its integral role in the organization, providing quality assurance of creative deliverables and art direction of collateral, campaigns and photo and video shoots as needed.

• Build and maintain positive rapport with clients and team members, partner agencies, photographers and other vendors.

• Maintain accurate and orderly records of jobs produced and attach final artwork to closed jobs electronically in the project management system and server, delivering files to production/traffic manager upon job completion and in a timely manner.

Qualifications
The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Portfolio with examples of exceptional digital design capabilities and collaborations

• Working knowledge of MS Office and significant expertise with Adobe Suite: InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop

• Front-end development capabilities within HTML, CSS with some understanding of JavaScript

• Experience designing and developing for digital marketing channels

• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Proven ability to successfully manage concurrent projects, work in a fast-paced and complex environment, execute large projects, and work under multiple and competing deadlines

• Strong attention to detail throughout revisions and final approvals

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS PREFERRED:

• Front-end development capabilities within PHP and Drupal 7 or 8 is a plus

• Experience with JQuery

• Established technical knowledge of various media such as web, social media ad design, video, interactive, branded email marketing, etc

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Associate degree or 6 years' experience or art school/industry equivalent and at least 3 years of progressive experience in design and online development

The 3 "Must Have" Competencies/Skills:

Strong Digital/Photoshop Design skills. (*Must have an online design portfolio of their work.)

Front end building and Coding experience (CMS, HTML, CSS, and some JavaScript).

Must have a strong understanding and passion for web-based User Experience and User Interface.
