Job Description:
  • They need to work from their respective base client's work location.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of Experience in IT Field Support
  • Responsible for troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and service on designated equipment's.
  • Experience in handling and troubleshooting Hardware devices like Desktops, Laptops, Mobile phones, Tablets, iPad, Printers.
  • Familiarity in handling Apple iPads and Android tablets.
  • Responsible for leading installation activities within the assigned area, ensuring safety and quality measures are taken.
  • Maintain proper preventative maintenance procedures at on-site location.
  • Demonstrates a broad knowledge of technology fundamentals and concepts
  • Physical Effort: Generally required to lift to 25 pounds occasionally. Possess valid Driving license and able to drive to fulfil job requirements.
  • Able to work flexible hours and be available for emergency response on short notice.
  • Willing to travel to other sites from your home base located around 2 hours driving distance.
  • Willing to travel to other locations for project purposes. Certain trips will last for a week. It is required to travel 2 weeks per month for project-related tasks.
  • Strong problem solving and structured thinking skills.
