Job Title: Desktop Technician
Location: Orlando, FL
Terms: 6 month contract to hire
Job Summary:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service as the face of CompuCom, resolving technical issues and inquiries for our clients promptly and courteously.
  • Diagnose and resolve a wide range of onsite technical issues related to network infrastructure and internal desktop systems.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide onsite support to clients, ensuring all technical issues are addressed efficiently.
  • Customize customer experience by tailoring communication and support to individual needs.
  • Identify and implement the most cost-effective repair solutions to minimize client downtime.
  • Prepare detailed reports to analyze product failure trends and service issues.
Key Qualifications:
  • Experience: 2-5 years of related work experience, or AA degree, or technical training; A+ Certification preferred or ability to obtain within first 6 weeks of employment.
  • Technical Skills: Solid understanding of IT services and products.
  • Customer Focus: Strong commitment to customer service with a consultative approach to problem-solving.
  • Communication: Ability to translate technical jargon into understandable terms for clients.
  • Reliability: Demonstrated follow-through and commitment to achieving customer satisfaction.
