Desktop Support Technician

An employer in the central Kentucky area is seeking someone for a short-term Desktop Support role. This candidate will be responsible for supporting the imaging and deployment of computers for the organization. This person will be required to unbox, set-up, image, wipe and re-image, then re-box old hardware to prepare for company use. This project is a short-term engagement, expected to last only a few weeks and will be required to work onsite in Georgetown KY Monday-Friday 8-5. Ideally, we are seeking someone who has experience working with Intune, SCCM, Windows 11 and has previously handed imaging of devices.

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of experience in a desktop support, deskside support or equivalent role.
2+ years of experience imaging, deploying new updates, and migrating laptops and tablets.
Intune, SCCM, and Windows 11 experience
Comfortable commuting onsite to Georgetown KY

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

CompTIA certifications, bachelor's in CS, or comparable degree.
