Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join a DOD program located in Chantilly, VA. The DevOps Engineerwill support a data application team automate, deploy, and manage application components.

Responsibilities for the DevOps Engineer include:

• Utilize languages such as Bash, Ruby, and Python to help build onto an AWS environment
• Set up CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Kubernetes, AWS, Ansible, Terraform, Python, Linux, etc.
• Support an agile environment with software development and devops best practices
• Build various processes and understand client needs to help translate requirements into ready code and infrastructure.

Required Qualifications for the DevOps Engineer include:

• 6+ years of experience working as DevOps Engineer
• Experience with AWS (S3, VPCs, EC2, ECS/EKS), containerization (docker, k8s, registries), Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Cloud Formation), and CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub)
• Bachelor's Degree
• Active Full Scope Polygraph

Compensation for the DevOps Engineer include:

• Compensation: $150,000-200,000/year depending on experience
