Work Location: Hopkins, MN. Position is Hybrid and candidate will have to work at least 3 days in the office

• Hybrid Position. To work from Hopkins, Minnesota Location.
• This person will support initiatives related to Azure Cloud Migration and Automation. (Automation Engineering and CI-CD planning)

• This person will have a direct and far-reaching impact on migrating our large portfolio of applications to Azure Public Cloud.

What are the top 5-10 responsibilities for this position? (Please be detailed as to what the candidate is expected to do or complete on a daily basis)

• Partner with application teams in their journey to Public Cloud (Azure)
• Identify end to end DevOps solutions, leverage best practices and patterns for CI/CD and Automation frameworks

• Good understanding of SDLC and/or Agile
• Design, develop, test and deploy computer programs of high complexity, significance, and risk.
• Self-starter who can pick up new technologies/skills, be comfortable with ambiguity and drive initiatives forward
What skills/technologies are required (please include the number of years of experience required)?
• Overall 10-15 Years of IT experience (SDLC)
• CI/CD; Automation 5+ Years experience
• Experience with Agile (5+ years)
• Test Automation Frameworks (5+ years)
What skills/attributes are preferred (these are a desired, not required)?
• Self-starter who can pick up new technologies/skills, be comfortable with ambiguity and drive initiatives forward
What does the interview process look like?

o How technical will the interviews be? - Mix of Technical and Soft Skill

Responsibilities

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 10 years of experience with developing and implementing applications and end to end solutions

Preferred Skills/Experience
• Must have hands on experience deploying and running applications on Azure Public Cloud
• Must have hands on experience in design and develop feature in the C# .NET applications(Web and Windows)
• Nice to have SQL/SSIS/Azure Data Factory/ SSRS
• Very strong Interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication
• Financial Services domain knowledge is highly desirable
