Insight Global is looking for a Software Development Manager to lead, deliver, and drive the adoption of DevSecOps implementation and practices. The current DevSecOps practice is about 30-40% adopted. This candidate must have a senior level understanding of .NET software development and be able to establish and influence capabilities within DevSecOps. The Manager will be leading a team of 5 consisting of FTEs and contractors. They will work closely with the product owner and other Director and VP level employees.

Required Skills & Experience
- 7 years of experience directly managing software engineers and software engineering projects/ initiatives
- Experience working with Director and VP level executives
- Understanding of DevSecOps practices within a software engineering environment

Former software engineer developing .NET applications

Breadth of experience in Automation testing, HP ALM, scanning vulnerabilities, cluster management, containerization tools
- Experience with Modern Cloud, preferably Microsoft Azure but can be AWS or other cloud services
