Summary:

TheDie Cut Maker/Gerber Operator is responsible for producing top quality boards, strippers,and waste separators while providing assistance to the lead die maker in allthe daily duties of the die shop.

EssentialDuties and Responsibilities include the following:

• Prepareelectronic die files for Gerber.

• OperateGerber and Vacuum Press to produce die boards, strippers, and waste separators.

• Preparedie and strippers before sending to die maker.

• Inventorysupplies and notify Team Leader when supplies are needed.

• Ruleand rubber dies.

• Assemblestrippers.

• Pulland inspect die strikes to send to design.

• Responsiblefor the overall Safety and cleanliness of equipment and area.

• Workin a safe and efficient manner in accordance with company policies andprocedures.

• Overtimeis required.

• Performother duties as assigned.
