Now Hiring: Dietary Cook

Responsibilities of Dietary Cook:

• Prepare and cook meals according to the dietary requirements and preferences of residents.
• Follow established recipes and menus, ensuring food is cooked and served at the proper temperatures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment.
• Assist in menu planning and contribute to the development of new recipes.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
• Assist with food inventory, ordering, and storage.
• Collaborate with the dietary team to ensure residents' dietary needs are met.

Qualifications of Dietary Cook:

• Previous experience as a cook in a healthcare or similar setting preferred.
• Knowledge of dietary restrictions and food safety guidelines.
• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or have an exemption.
