Minimum Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a dietary supervisor role
• Familiarity with Department of Health regulations
• Ability to work every other weekend
• COVID-19 vaccination required

Job Duties:

• Oversee food production and service adherence to Department of Health regulations
• Schedule staff and manage menus
• Supervise dining services personnel, ensuring timely, quality food service
• Direct Dietary Aides in meal service and clean-up, maintaining standards
• Complete required forms and reports as per departmental policies
