This position is a work from home opportunity and can be filled remotely anywhere within the country.
Work hours are Monday to Friday, 12pm-9pm ET

About the Role:

The Digital Business Sales Rep works in a high-volume sales environment utilizing a proven advanced sales strategy. Our new Kinetic sales processing technology is simple, easy to use, and helps capitalize on selling opportunities effectively and efficiently. Our Sales Reps can thrive in our team environment and we demand that you have fun at work.

What You'll Do:

Support inbound calls for potential new customers, as well as existing customers. Deliver customized solutions to new and existing customers Update customer accounts through computer-based systems Willingness to gain and maintain product and service knowledge Perform other duties as assigned

Do you Have?

This is a virtual/work from home position. Windstream requires employees working virtually to maintain a distraction-free workplace with sufficient highspeed internet of 25 MBPS or higher. Ability to solve problems quickly and decisively. Able to work hours - Monday to Friday, 12pm - 9pm ET. Able to accommodate a flexible schedule including overtime when available. Working knowledge of Windows OS.

The starting compensation range for this job is $34,400 to $41,300.
