Position Summary:
This position provides support to the Straumann Sales team, Finance teams, and sometimes customers to ensure the digital equipment sales process moves smoothly. This role provides critical support for the digital equipment and software sales process; processing orders in SAP, processing POs & quotes, handling inquiries via email and calls, working with finance companies, and being a strong knowledgebase for our digital product portfolio.

Job Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
  • Process digital equipment and software orders in SAP in accordance with standard procedures, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
  • Complete team inquiries via ServiceCloud ticketing platform in adherence with all team targets, metrics requirements, and service level agreements.
  • Work with 3rd party vendors and 3rd party finance companies to process sales orders to completion, ensuring completeness and accuracy, and in accordance with all team targets and expectations.
  • Provide Straumann customers and stakeholders with excellent experience as monitored by NPS, CES, and/or SAT scores.
  • Work closely with stakeholder teams and vendors; maintain a professional and thriving relationship.
  • Assist with the documentation of processes and solutions within the team's knowledge base, contribute topics and assist with updating as needed.
  • Complete all required training and stay up to speed on all new digital product updates.

  • Travel less than 5% both domestically and internationally.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Physical Attributes:
  • May sit for extended periods of time.
  • Utilize dexterity abilities to perform typing, operate a computer and other office equipment, to perform filing, and related job responsibilities and attention to detail competence.
  • Spend significant time reading both on paper and on a computer.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer service role.
  • 1+ year experience in a role processing customer or sales orders.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Dental industry background or experience.
  • Possesses a pro-active mindset, acts with a strong sense of urgency, and is solutions oriented.
  • Analytical with structured thinking and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable in a rapid-paced environment.
  • Customer oriented mind set and enjoy working cross-functionally with other departments.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and collaborate well with others.
  • Be agile and display the ability to deal with change while building trust and engagement with others.
