Advantage Tech is targeting a Digital Designer for their client based out of Kansas City.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Collaborate with the creative department, brand management, and email specialist to create compelling, on-brand designs for email and supporting web and social designs.
  • Utilize HTML/CSS and email marketing best practices to create and code interactive experiences for email.
  • Apply the best practices in email development, email compliance regulations, and accessibility.
  • Perform QA of email builds using tools such as Email on Acid and live inboxes.
  • Help develop a design system for email code to improve efficiency and consistency.
  • Proactively work with teammates to improve processes and work methods for greater efficiency.
  • Lead by example, support the client's values and positively contribute to the culture.
  • Serve as a backup or collaborative resource for other digital projects including web page updates and integrations.
EXPERIENCE
  • 5+ years of experience in email design and coding
  • Ability to design to brand and campaign standards
  • Advanced knowledge and understating of HTML/CSS
  • Proficient in responsive email design and front-end development
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, email rendering tools, and a variety of email platforms (Eloqua, DotDigital, MailChimp, Constant Contact, etc.)
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with multiple teams for a cohesive customer experience across mediums
  • Attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot rendering issues
  • Strategic thinking and interest in what's on the horizon and how it may impact email marketing to come
  • Preferred, but not required knowledge of JavaScript, Liquid Markup, Google Analytics and CMS platforms
