Daikin Applied is seeking a Digital Engineering Project Lead who will be responsible planning, directing, and coordinating activities of designated projects to ensure that goals or objectives of projects are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and funding parameters by performing the following duties personally or through peers/subordinate supervisors.

Location: Hybrid, Plymouth, MN

What you will do:
  • Establish work plan and staffing for each phase of project, and arrange for recruitment or assignment of project personnel as required/necessary
  • Review project proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project
  • Confer with project staff to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority
  • Plan and analyze assigned projects, establishes schedules and project parameters and set procedures to accomplish system objectives, involving complex contracting applications
  • Examine and review contracts and estimates by performing risk analysis and developing risk plans
  • Review status reports prepared by project personnel and modify schedules or plans as required
  • Establish a professional relationship with the customer and interface constantly to maintain accurate status reports and project reviews
  • Prepare project reports for management, client, or others
  • Confer with project personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems
  • Establish fulfillment budget for assigned projects by revising the original estimate based on validated project scope
  • Responsible for timely completion of assigned projects and customer satisfaction

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree (Technical, Scientific, Engineering)
  • 5+ years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Project Management Experience
