Description
The three key areas of responsibility include:
- Develop strategies that build brand awareness and credibility
- Support and manage engagement, risk mitigation, and customer service for social media and eCommerce channels
- Develop content, strategies, and campaigns based on trends observed
Duties:
- Balance work across multiple brand accounts and social media channels
- ??Develop platform specific strategies for Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, TikTok, Google, Amazon, and Walmart
- Work with brands and buyers to create cohesive campaigns
- Set goals for, track, and report on social-related metrics ensuring upwards visibility as well as helping inform on metrics' significance.
- Report and escalate applicable negative engagements and risks
- Create and manage content on all platforms
- Write copy for social media content and engagement responses
- Build brand awareness through the community by identifying market trends
- Manage interactions with users in multiple communities
- Maintain consistent tone, persona, and visual look and feel across all interaction channels
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive activities
- Analyze and report on key community management metrics on a monthly basis
- Community management, moderation, paid targeting, monitoring, and responding to user questions, comments, and reviews
- Collect and manage data, analyze customer trends and characteristics to drive informed community decisions
- Create Email Marketing campaigns
Position Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 years experience in a social media or marketing role
- Working knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best-practices
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, a positive attitude
- The ability to successfully organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects
- Effective problem solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required
- Experience with social monitoring tools, and content publishing tools is recommended
- SEO experience is a plus
